Reporting To: Regional Manager – Group Sales.
Job Description:
1. To Help Achieve Group Sales Targets.
2. Acquisition, Maintaining and Retention of Key Customers.
3. Assist Reg Mgr Group Sales/ Head Group Sales in Chalking Sales / Marketing Strategies for the Group Sales Function.
4. Establish and Maintain High Standards of Sales Quality, as Measured By
productivity, Customer Complaints and Repeat Business.
5. Establish Activity and Sales Reporting Mechanism to Company Standards.
Job Specifications:
1. Mba in Mktg/ Fin. with Good Academic Record.
2. 3-4yrs of Experience in Institutional Sales. Experience of Sales in A
fincance Industry Would Be Added Advantage.
3. Past Record of Achievement of Ambotious Targets and Higher Levels Of
performance and Strong Network with Corporates.
4. A Breadth and Diversity of Knowledge of the Market Place.
5. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication. |
