| JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing Existing Team of Advisor
Recruiting and developing Advisor.
Identify, interview and select new agents. - Undertake joint field work with Advisor. Meet targets. Development of agent / advisors.
CANDIDATE DESIRE PROFILE
Minimum Graduate from 2 to 8yrs / MBA with 1-5 Yrs of experience in sales. The candidate must be necessarily from the Life Insurance Industry. The candidate must have at least 1-1.5 years of experience in the Life Insurance Industry. Must have done a minimum business of 25-30 Lakhs in the last financial year.
Desirable: Must have a minimum tenure of 1 year in his current organization.
Should be confident, smart, energetic and presentable. Having strong network in the City. Should have good Communication and Presentation Skills. Recruiting and developing. |
