| Have to achieve business Target with the supports of "Business Associates" Have to Manage a Core TEAM of existing "Business Associates". To Make Active Existing "Business Associates"
Recruiting and developing "Business Associates". Identify, interview and select new agents. - Undertake joint field work with agents and Business associates. Meet targets. Development of agent / advisors. Minimum Graduate from 3 to 10yrs / MBA with 3-6 Yrs of experience in sales. Candidate Specification - The candidate must be necessarily from the Life Insurance Industry. The candidate must have at least 2.5 years of experience in the Life Insurance Industry. Must have done a minimum business of 50 Lakhs in the last financial year. Must have created at least 1 MDRT’s in the last financial year. Must have a minimum tenure of 15 Months in his current organization. Should be confident, smart, energetic and presentable. Having strong network in the City. Should have good Communication and Presentation Skills. Recruiting and developing. |
