| Experience not compulsory Fresher may also apply. Candidates should be proficient with Marathi language.Male candidates would be preferred. Candidate Must be Graduate. Order of preference. Holds IRDA license but is not an advisor, is an employee with any
other organization (maybe USM etc for rural in other companies). Good full time employees with relevant experience who will fit the bill but are nor IRDA licensed.
Advisors of other companies who are IRDA licensed, who are young and dynamic and who are graduates. The selected candidates will be on a 2 Year contract with BSLI. The CTC will be 1.4 Lakhs. To ensure that a license to sell is attained before procurement of any business. To ensure lead generation from channel partners by liasioning with
the officials to create a greater database of prospective clients and fulfill targets in this regard as set by superior. Prepare and present the sales illustrations to the prospective client and explain the policy details as per client’s requirement in order to convince him of the worth and value of the policy.To arrange for the required documentation and medical examination of the client.
Supervise and coordinate the sales of policy. To report with periodic MIS, market feedback. To train the channel associates in the insurance selling skills
and processes.To ensure submission of all policy documents to the concerned
branch & coordinate on all relationship aspects. |
