| We have openings for the positions of Sales Manager with the multinational life insurance company.
The Positions are based at - Bardhaman
Job Title:- Sales Manager

The Person is responsible for Supervises Direct Team of Advisors / Senior Advisors & Exec Advisors & 2 to 3 Asstt. Business Development Manager (ABDM)/ Business Development Manager(BDM) or Senior Business Development Manager(SBDM)
Sales Manager (S.M.)/ Asstt. Business Development Manager (ABDM)/ Business Development Manager(BDM) or Senior Business Development Manager(SBDM) are on the company payroll while the advisors will have to render his/her Services on commission basis.
Candidate should have requisite experience in direct selling/marketing, team management and should have strong social network.
He/She should carry 1 to 12 (after MBA/PGDBM/Graduation) years experience in sales/mktg/business development, must possess good communication skills.
He/She should be 24 to 37 year old.
Package is 380000 to 450000 bucks .
